Tour fare quoted base on per adult and Ringgit Malaysia (MYR)
All packages tour are inclusive of return transfer to airport/hotel
Private tour/transfer - Additional 50 % of the normal rate
Room for overnight packages are based on Standard Twin Room basis
All rates are based on minimum 2 adults. (Single Traveler will be charged based on 2 paying adults)

Confirmation of bookings subject to space availability at time your booking receive.
Full prepayment is required prior to arrival.
Child rates (2-12 years old) are charged 50 % of adult's rates for transfer & tours (without meals/accommodations)
Child rates (2 -12 years old) are charged 60 % of adult's rates for transfer & tours(with meals/without accommodations)
Child rates (2 -12 years old) are charged 75 % of adult's rates & tours ( with meals & accommodations)
Once booking is confirmed, 50 % deposit is required and balance of the amount to be settled at least 2 weeks before your guest/group schedule arrival.

Cancellation/No Show
No refunds will be entertained on any part of the package booked once guest have departed from his/her place of origin.
No refunds or credit will be issued for no show or non utilized confirmed room nights.
If the guest fails to arrive on schedule, we reserve the right to charge cancellation or no show fee equivalent to the contracted rates for the whole period of stay for the each package unutilised.
